First resort to be built for the elderly

Construction work began on November 28 on a project for the elderly in Minh Phu commune in Hanoi’s outlying district of Soc Son. This is the first resort built for the elderly in Hanoi at an estimated cost of VND200 billion and it will be put into use in two years’ time.
